Important Online Banking Security Update

As part of our continued commitment to protecting your account information, an enhanced security feature is being added to online banking. This update will require a one-time passcode to be sent to your email address when signing in or verifying account access.
To help avoid any interruption in access, customers should contact their local branch to confirm that the email address we have on file is current and up to date.
This added layer of protection helps confirm your identity and strengthen the security of your online banking experience.
Because of this security enhancement, some third-party financial applications, such as Quicken®️, QuickBooks®️, or other budgeting and account aggregation services, may experience connection issues. These applications are outside of the Bank’s control and may need to update their systems to work with enhanced security features.
Customers who use third-party financial applications may notice:
  • A request for additional verification
  • A delay or interruption in account connection
  • The need to reconnect or update login information within the third-party application
  • Possible account lockouts if repeated unsuccessful login attempts occur
For your protection, email-based one-time passcode verification is required and cannot be turned off.
If your third-party application no longer connects successfully, you may need to disconnect the connection within that application and use another available option, such as manually importing account information, if offered by the third-party provider.
Please remember: Antwerp Exchange Bank Company will never ask you to provide your password, full account number, or one-time passcode by phone, text, or email. Do not share your one-time passcode with anyone.
